We Filipino's are not united... We survive by striving hard, by corruption, by evading taxes and working for money and food individually.
We always say, Tuwid na daan, Change is coming, change is coming, yes it is true that change is coming, thanks to Duterte idealism, the Philippines is growing and all previous president.
BUT...
People may find some abuses in some aspects of the new change. People got to struggle to perform and apply the corrections from the past.
I am writing this because businessmen, workers, rightful people, and good people got to struggle with the current system. Today, The government is using commercial and private companies to drive the government system and development, private companies push and squeeze their employees to the limit in order to produce the result. This kind of system and design is a perfect and economical approach, but the result is devastating. People got tired and exhausted, resources will get depleted fast, people are working for money, people work to survive, business running for survival, everything is in survival instinct. Everything is challenging and difficult, it seems our nation is going hay-wire.
If I have given a chance in my life to have the power to lead my people.
This will be the final solution...

You work so that you can place food on the table.
1. The government will upgrade the food-related department's policy and law.
2. DA, DAR, NFA, and DENR will have a new department called R FOOD DEPARTMENT (RFD) this will merge the Office of the Presidential Assistant for Food Security and Agricultural Modernization.
3. RFD will have its own military and army to guard and protect the food supply chain at all times.
4. RFD will purchase high tech and advance farming equipment from abroad. Example of fast planting of rice and crops.
5. RFD will have its own economy and ecosystem.
6. RFD will reclaim empty lands and use to plant crops, farmland, timberland will be cleared for farming. The owner of the land has the right to be the owner but the RFD will give the owner money as a rental on his land. Only the person that is written on the title, heirs cannot receive the money, if the land title owner is deceased then the government has the right to rent the land without payment. If the heirs are going to use the land, they must provide proof of money to start building their business or home, if failed to comply, they will get penalized for obstruction of the Great Super Philippine Power plan.
7. All empty lands must be planted with crops, coconut, fruits, and vegetables.
8. RFD has the right to sell vegetables to the Filipino people.
9. RFD will supply free food in all schools, government offices, and other private sectors. Private sectors that are for commercial use will subscribe for the food delivery per month.
10. RFD will purchase the large fishing vessel and hire fishermen to fish at the ocean and west Philippine seas.
11. RFD must build factories for can goods and food storage.

4.1. RELIGIOUS GENERALIZATION
The Great Super Philippines Plan help Religion but under these conditions. If the religion rejected the Great Super Philippines Plan, this religion will be entitled to be removed and penalized for obstruction of the Great Super Philippine Power plan.
1. The Government will force individuals that are under their religion to fully support and exercise their faith.
2. The Government will create an R RELIGION DEPARTMENT (RRD), this will protect all religions in the Philippines but in one condition, extremist religion and religion that obstruct the great super Philippines plan will get serious court marshall.
3. The churches, temples, mosque, or religious gathering places. should not invite people that have already joined and members on other religious groups. Forcing people to join will get into a serious penalty.
